Poor woman

This is obviously a very intelligent criticism of the ever growing poverty, and the struggle between classes; as some are enjoying expensive salmon and steaks, or completely frivolous foods as caviar, this young woman is laying in filth without even so much as to dress herself. Here she is, sucking on this poor fish, to get every last drop, every last bit of meat out of it, for she knows it might be the last thing she eats in months.
You are right, however, in seeing suggestive material in this, as the pose and phallic imagery is indeed present, but only a reminder of the objectification of women, and the fate of the few who have to resort to selling their body to whomever would be taker to survive, even putting their health at risk.
This is not simple pornography, and should be view as so, no more than Botticelli's Birth of Venus, or Mazza's Rape of Ganymede.
