Scratch Art: Wasp

I did this for an art class this past school year. We had to do an insect and an animal in scratch art.

I was originally going to do a mantis for the insect, when I realized that they were kind of hard to do. So I went with a wasp, which was stripey and would be suitable for the teacher wanting a 50/50 black and white balance.

It looked nice before I added the half-arsed rock for the wasp to sit on, so the picture would look balanced. It also had a fuller border before, but it apparently got cut off when I was scanning. At least I got the full wasp.
