Once again, this is yet another old picture. ^ ^;
This would be also, again, be my character Noelle C. Romeo. (The C is "Claire") Who in terms of creation is 10 years old now, given I've come up with her way back when.
Happen to like the coloration for this as I used MS Paint again.

AH! And letting everyone know, Noelle does NOT have a tail.
That was supposed to be the part of the storyline she was in.
[I won't say as it's kind of tragic..]
