Wow, it's been ages since I uploaded something new here Sorry to everyone about the quietness, I'll be gradually bringing my SA gallery back up to date. Had a number of things going on, holiday and work and stuff.

The Spell Master is basically about a Wizard researching, practicing and using spells. Both the nice kind and perhaps some evil ones too (Like say creating or summoning life to then hurling fire balls). Starts off with a dominant piccolo flute and crotales, builds up into a faster pace section, then dies back down similar to how it started.

Thanks to everyone that takes a listen to it, plus also for everyones patience with my sporadic uploading

Wow, you've been gone for ever.
Wow I really love this song. The flute/piccolo goes well with the strings. Flows so well. Great job.

Shadow Dinosaur Says:

Sounds very magical and mysterious then adventurous and daring! :) Very good work Fox

Athius Says:

I have to say, it's good to see you posting something new. It's not hard to understand that you work with music (especially not since that interview, hurhurhurrr). I like the fact that there are some differences in this song. I mean, there are some sections that sound more modern and so on. It's different from what you usually make.

Alex LOL Stoica Says:

I like how it really picks up and changes "color" at about 1.10, to a completely different song, suddenly, but very well pieced together so that you wouldn't notice, also, the Techno thing at about 2.04 just tops it off!
I'm also gonna say that at about 2.34 it sounds like the wizard kills himself epicly it all just dies down!
But then, at about 3.15 that piccolo comes back in probably saying "it's not over" but in a good way!
FANTASTIC!

Umeko Says:

this is beautiful Lord Fox, as it starts to play i can see my scenery before my eyes changing into a green bright forest, gushing waterfalls, playfull rivers and birds singing.
I can see myself walking on a path until I reach a small town old style kind of irish/english looking with mossy roof and rocks everywhere.
Then I see a man with a long beard waving a stick and making the flowers blossom in an explosion fof beautiful colors

20thcore Says:

oh shazam, that part 'round 1:12 is just the best xD epic yo. and I dig that prev image. good work yo!

Tokae Says:

Good to see you back! Very nice job on this one. I had a vivid visual running through my mind as always when I listen to your music. Keep up the good work and I can't waitto hear the rest that you've been working on.

eternal darkness7 Says:

isn't this on fa, anyway it sound great the harp and at the beginning is a great start to a wonder and magical piece, i love how it flows thought the whole song, nice to see you put up some music hear, most of your new stuff is on fa but it's offline now, :(

SallyMusic Says:

Beautiful as usual. The theme around the middle has a Western feel to it, I can see the cowboys on their horses chewin' their tobacco, (that's the cowboys chewin' the tobacco, not the horses!)

M One Says:

Wow, that's the first time that one of your tracks has made me smile. Just that swell at the end gave a kick of happiness.
Loving that motif that starts and then comes back at the end. To me it almost feels like it's forgotten during the middle but it's easily remembered again once it comes back in for the last time. Very clever work.
Production-wise, it's a bit iffy. The horns sound a little cheap and the strings (that come in at 1:23) are too loud and there are a few resonant frequencies in there that need sorting out, as well as some overall bass boosting needed. Apart from all that, it's a very clear piece and I enjoyed listening to the details in the piece, mostly the part at 2:22 where you can hear the mark tree in the background. I love that.

Concluded, an absolutely amazing piece, great job Fox. :3
