Nice job capturing such a dark mood in such a light picture. The empty space creates a feeling of desolation, but the indecisiveness of the lines and soft coloring really add to that, as if the character is fading away and become a part of the nothing. I very much enjoy the starkness of this image.
*late* It's pretty easy to tell when the artist's in a crummy mood. Their art reflects something of it pretty often. And I agree with the comment above.
