Practice Pic

Yea, I know it's been awhile since I've submitted, but here's a new one. Obviously its a practice picture for me just messing around with photoshop. I actually have another picture to submit that I had finished before this one, but our scanner wasn't working so I couldn't submit it. Well, i hope you like it. (O! I'm eventually going to use her for my own Tokyo Mew Mew character!) ^^
