Make An Image Look Worn in PS

1. Choose your Image and Open
2. Duplicate the Layer
3. Desaturate the duplicate layer, Image -> Adjustments -> Desaturate (Shift+Ctrl+U)
4. Now use the Hue/Saturation tool, Image -> Adjustments -> Hue/Saturation (Ctrl+U), click the box for colourisation
Hue = 50
Saturation = 20
Lightness = +3</blockquote>
5. Now change the color balance, Image -> Adjustments -> Color Balance (Ctrl+B)
Shadows
-11, -11, +12

Midtones
+16, +7, -16

Highlights
+11, -15, -15

Make sure the Preserver Luminosity Box is Ticked
6. If you wish to have some colour then duplicate the original Image and move it to the top of the layers, Change the Fill to 12%

If you mess with the Hue/Saturation and Colour Balance Levels you may get a slightly different effect, it's good to mess on.. see what happens.

This is the tutorial I made for the witch and the innocent manipulation.

It also works for if you want an image to look dark.

It would be great to see any images you use this tutorial on.
