New character. She's based off of Japanese legend...I think. If not, she's based off a god in Okami, lol. Her mallet is used to for pounding rice paste which is used to make rice cakes I believe. As copied from Okami, it's also used to control the night time (like when it comes).
I'm getting unoriginal. But her outfit is awesome.
