I don't know what kind it was, but it's a pretty bird and it looks sorta sad, I think It would like to fly free.

oooooooo! An American Kestrel otherwise known as a 'sparrow hawk, the males are so pretty. They are the Smallest Falcon but don't take that for granted they are quite nasty when trapped. I saw my first one on my farm, and I couldn't tell what it was and I loved it so I followed it around my farm for like...an hour.
