A while back, I decided to revamp a personified water element that I had made.. then my friends made a fire, air and earth element.. I'd still like to maybe finish the other three on my own someday, though, and maybe revamp this one again. We'll see

Lovely anatomical accuracy highlighted with a nice graphical style.
The pose is also very nice as it feels correct and has the right amount of depth and weight to suggest a character of this build, also the detail in his face is incredible, especially in the lips which are one of the hardest features to make seem manly. The tattoos and shading are also really nice alongside the anatomy, it defines it more and adds to the piece.
The work on the folds is also quite interesting.

The anatomy and pose are beautifuly done, I like how poise and happy he is. His smile is lovely.
I like the wing concept you gave his design, if that's what you meant to do. The water is very nicely done.

DAMN!! I really like the colors and how they compliment everything else. The facial anatomy is off somewhat but thats okay. Its not that noticeable. The blue on his skin is really just... perfect and the water texture on the skin is like the finishing touch! I really like thiss!! Its so.. NALKbglkdsbhkjlabas!! NO WORDS
