Weapon of choice: Warped Waffles [Waffles that blow up at contact after being thrown]
Special ability: Waffle Summon [He is able to draw waffles from thin air, result of an older experiment that went Madly Wrong]
Link to other characters: Hot Cocoa [Experiment involving chocolate went wrong, creating what is now Tea Girl's mascot, which escaped at the time Mad Waffle tried to eat him.]
Note: Villain in the morning, Hero [Cocoa Yang] in the evening. Movie critic at night.
Key features: ???? [Still not completely developed character design]

After much thinking, I have an idea, since both our characters essentially have science and mad experiments at their core, I propose an allegiance, perhaps not for battle, but certainly for research! Imagine what creations our two minds could come up with! One example would be, that using your data on Hot Cocoa, I propose the creation of a being forged from my experiments of concentrating and refining coffee, a minion to be proud of: Expresso (imagine an evil-looking Cocoa-like creature with spikier fur and claws, that's exceptionally fast, but very disobedient)
