Java in the Desert (reupload)

My part of an art trade with , redone! I was disgusted with the last background I did, I couldn't stand looking at it. I figured she deserved a better one, so I went and redid the whole BG. Stupid me, though, I only saved the colored version of Java and not the shadowed version, so I had to add shadows all over again. I hope it still came out as good.
I was thinking gold, gold desert, gold, anything but dirty brown. I tried a Lisa Frank approach, y'know how she uses such vibrant colors in her pictures. I also found some pretty cloud brushes, so I hope it all turned out prettier than before!! I for one, like it a LOT more.
