Topios! (here at:

, AKA The Zombie Gryph or The Deadbird) - DEFINITELY check her original, unique art out! Plus, she's a wonderfully kind, generous person as well. :)
Drawn with the anatomy and markings based on her own beautiful depictions. As usual, stylized in my typical not-quite-real way.
This is one of many "thank-you" drawings I've done in mechancal pencil on some small cream-colored cards I have (maybe 3" x 5"?); I added color in Photoshop 7. Though as with all of my stuff there's things I'd go back and change now, I have to say it's still one of my favorites of the thank-you pieces; not only is Topios very cool herself, but drawing unusual, original creatures is one of my favorite things to do.

Just... beautiful. There's nothing else I can think of to say.

Hmm, this isn't bad. But if I may offer a bit of critique, the forepaws look a little odd. Particularly the joints. They sort of look like they're about to collapse with the way he's standing on them, or like he's about to trip. The pads are a bit too rounded, as if he isn't putting any weight on it whatsoever.
But otherwise, it's good. Sorry if you didn't really want any critiquing on this.

Visually, I think the tail is a bit off. I just can't put my finger on it. Otherwise, it's great!
