Lance-Constable Carrot from Terry Pratchett's Guards! Guards!, a very humorous and enjoyable fantasy-comedy. Carrot, with his usual zeal and naivete, has apprehended a crow, and is reading him his charge of malicious loitering from the Ankh-Morpork Laws and Regulations book.
