Did you act it out before drawing it in flash? Some of the art seems to vary (like with the up shots or walking.) It's a good method but you need to watch that things stay consistent. =D Otherwise looking swell!

Voice acting was sort of... meh. you know? I liked the "evil" player's voice, though.
