Here's a concept for a character that I honestly don't even think we're going to use. Miyamoto Usagi from Usagi Yojimbo is a character not officially from the TMNT universe, but has appeared in multiple crossovers with them. One of the most recently notable ones was appearing in the Battle Nexus arch of the 2003 series.

The two series have a long history of crossing into each other. The turtles have also appeared in issues of Usagi Yojimbo. I really enjoy reading both comics, so if Usagi DID get used in TMNT:C!, I'd be a happy clam.
