A little gift for Jacey, cause I neglected to talk to him for a bit during my portfolio rush period. Drew his character Aul and his bunny doll. I think my shading has improved this time around, the way the skin and the shirt came out really well. The hair was a bit of a bother as pink doesn't like to be dark. The bed was a rush job but it looked good on its own I removed the lineart for it.
There's a funny thing that because I draw people nude first and then clothing and extras, I think a lineart of this with Aul nude holding the doll.
Although on reflection it does mean I have copies of all my pieces nude in some form.....

the colors are lovely--the shading and blending in the skin is very nice, and has a rather traditional feel, like it was actually painted by brush.
