This is the main character from a little known manga/anime known as Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro. He is a demon who looks remarkably like a bird (in demon form), and his food of choice-the energy released from solving mysteries. I'm not kidding. Anyways, after consuming all the mysteries in the underworld, he decides to come to the 'overworld' in search of the Ultimate Mystery, which would be the most filling, best tasting.
