My Pain
The wounds of my heart,
Never fully heal.
The scars will always be there.
The scars will always reopen.
The blood will always run,
Pouring from the wounds.
The pain is mine to bear.
And mine alone.
No one will know,
The pain I feel.
This is my pain,
And it is very real.
