well first of all i can see your pencil marks very obviously...i don't know if this is rushed or anything but if u wanna smoothen out these u can either try rubbing your shaded areas with a tissue or your hands (i usually use my hands and fingers but i'm sure i'm gonna die from lead poisoning one day lol)
it helps gives your shading a smooth gradient and makes your work look less rushed and more professional (or at least i'd like to think it does lol)
