hmm i would say his finger are a tad meaty which doesn't correspond with his palm size...esp for his left hand which is facing the audience
for his pose, i would say u need to think in general 3D shapes like a big oval for his rib cage, another oval for his hips and legs etc
his crotch area is rather "out" for his pose and his left leg should indicate that it's jutting towards the audience which i don't get basically cause the shading (with colour) makes it rather flat
if u think in the 3D shape, u should shade long the surface of the 3D shape so it looks...well 3D lol
i don't know if that made sense but if u need further explanation i could do a litte demo in MSN ;
