Nice soft oil pant effect. Makes a very good skin feel, all soft and such. I like the glass effect in the lens, and especially how bold that fierce eye is compared to the rest of the subtle shading. It really gives emphasis on the character, and maybe even his personality or his mood at the given moment.

you know what does help? I found this out since I do a lot of pictures, but I have an OC that is very fair/pale, you can use LEVELS in ps to adjust the highlights of skin tone
