I think this is something that the R&R crew will get and laugh at. I originally drew a sexier version of this, but I didn't like how it turned out so I made it simple, also today hasn't really been a good drawing day for me... -sigh-

Awesome hair, I like the volume and shine of it. You have anatomy pretty accurate for a cartoon at least. Though, try to make slower, gentler strokes so the color is richer and less gritty with the white spots
