I was really unsatisfied with her design (shown briefly in the last panel of my TMM Fan meme) so I decided to play with it. I mostly fiddled with the colors (Originally a brighter teal and a dark teal for trim) and those blasted unattractive high-pigtails (I never liked them.) as well as her animal parts being too dark of a brown, which didn't mesh well with the teal.
Also, when you think of candy, you think of pink or blue, right? Pink for cotton candy and bubblegum. I thought of pink too... so I incorporated it into the design. But I needed to keep a teal/aquamarine color because she was the "teal mewmew." It actually wasn't that hard, because teal and pink go well together.
I also made the bows on her hips and her hair look like candy drops, and her gloves are kind of modeled after candy wrappers if you look closely. And, I basically said "screw you" to music-instrument only weapons because I REALLY wanted to give her a lollipop hammer. Is it not cute? Srsly.
Mew Candy ... Teal x Pink ... Northern Flying Squirrel ... Birthmark on her right rump-cheek. She's an older, slightly less annoying, slightly more mature Pudding. Enjoys picking on and protecting Sherbet.
Her color scheme is so cute. :'( I'm glad I took the time to revamp it, because I am now 500x more fond of her. I also noticed that she is my only real two-toned mew mew (two colors that aren't in the same general area) so I am considering looking at some of my other mews to give them a little more color zest, because color blends are really fun. Not to mention fiddling with their weapons... AGAIN... because strictly musical weapons is such an anal rule... and I find some of my original weapons to be cuter than their musical instrument remakes.
I talk too much and it's 6:20 in the morning.

But yeah... I love this revamp it makes her look a alot better. The weapon in my personal Opinion is just proper for her, I couldn't see her having any other kind of weapon other than maybe a taffy/liquorice whip, her new colors also rock to and that suit is just perfect for her! X3
