Create-a-Pokémon: Rammite and Rammarter

Rammarter: "Sweet! I have arms!"

I always thought there should be a missile pokemon. Far from the first fake pokemon idea I've had, but still one of my favorites.
Rammite (from Ramjet) and Rammarter (Ramjet + Martyr) are both Fire/Steel type, and are big on Attack and Speed, but very short on Defense.
Rammarter comes with the ability Short Fuse, which makes self-destructing moves always go first. It also gains the attack Missile Blast, which is a super-powered Fire-type Explosion.
