This is SailorAgni, a character for *bekuki's Roleplay Shadowed Memory... It's not finished cause I really didn't want to put a lot of work into her, and then she not be accepted... So, after I get a ton of stuff finished, I'll go back and add highlights and shadows...
Truthfully, she was going for SailorVenus, but the other girl had an adorably cute character, so I don't mind losing out..
And actually, Shinju is a remake of one of my Mirai senshi, who is Minako's daughter.. I did change her history and a few other things, but it's the same base character... A few different spins on the person who Magellan was based off of.. And a completely different element..

Attacks:
Dancing Blades! (offensive) - As Agni calls out her attack, she throws her chakram one at a time toward her target(s). On the way, the spikes on her weapons detach and fly past the target, damaging it. When the rings catch up to the spikes, they reattach and return to Agni, usually going right past the target again on the trip.
Rending Shards! (offensive) - Putting her right hand forward, Agni calls the first word of the attack. Her hand starts to glow blue as she focuses the power of the attack. After a while, the glow shoots from her hand toward the target and engulfs it. As she calls, "Shards," trace metals in the target's body are ejected out towards the ground. This attack leaves Agni vunerable for a period of time afterward, since she spends a lot of energy to preform it.
Magnetic Aura! (defensive) - Holding one of her chakrams in front of her, she yells the name. The spikes around the weapon detach and pull trace amounts of various metals from the surrounding area to create a barrier around her. The barrier can handle a couple strong physical attacks or one strong magical attack.
