This is Sailor Utopia from Project: Sailor Earth.. I've been a HUGE fan of the series for a LONG time, and then the creator, Tory, joined ToT.. Certainly made my Fandom career..
It was pretty soon after that, I restarted my Request thread... And Tory applied which made me SUPER EXCITED..

So, this is the finished product.. I am EXTREMELY happy with this... I was fooling around a little with the screen and multiply in PSP, and decided I hated the screen color for the purple, so I went back to my dodge and burn tactic..
;; I think it works a little more, since I have the opacity for my dodge brush set to 25... Thus, I don't have a very harsh contrast.. Although, the screen color for the yellow worked better, so I used that..
;;; I also smudged my highlights and shadows to make them more blended... Something tells me I won't be doing that anytime soon... That EASILY added a couple hours onto the picture...
I want to stab those infinities... I had to find a font with something similar and modify it.. >_<
