This character is a person I rp in a chatroom.HE was created by a scientist in an atempt to create super soliders to please his boss,which didn't work too well.features wise he does not looks like any of his guardians due to the many strand of DNA mixed into making him.
those peacock looking things on his head are actually limbs and can be Very sensitive to the touch. -_o
