Forgive me! Anyways this is Roy Mustang from the anime Fullmetal Alchemist.
Wahhh I love FMA so much. T_T The story is by far one of the best I've seen in any anime. I should do another Ed picture since he's my fav! I love Roy too, not so much in the beginning but as the series progressed I liked him more and more. He's prob my forth fav char in the series, with Ed, Hughes and Lust being the first three.
I spent about 15 hours in all on this piccy, pretty happy with how it came out actually. Wayyyy better than I was expecting and it obliterates my old Roy picture. But yea, anyways hope you all like it, especially Lluviaaa! =D
I'll also be selling this as a print at the El Paso anime con I've decided. ^-^

Nice job on the flames, and the BG colours give a feel that he's burning down everything around him.
But even if he is a mass arsonist, I'd still support him, just so that he'll get all female personell to wear miniskirts.
