arg, you photoshopped, have you ever tried doing it with oil paints, its alot of fun. i had to do it in class, we took photos, developed our own film, enlarged it and developed the photo, then hand colored it. cool thing with photoshop though is its quick and easy, and you can use different brushes and filters, its kinda like impossible to get the same effects as photoshop if you do it conventionally. POO. i love computers but i dont work well with them. its hard for me to figure out some of those programs. I really do envy your skills.
i love the photo its angelic and great coloring the faint coloration of the blushed cheeks and the ribbon in her hair is amazing, all of the red tones are well pulled together and greatly contrasted by the green.
did you also color the hair and skin? if not it blends well, if so you blended it well, lol. the eyes are also nice.
the only thing i would say which is rather minor and may just be my opinion is....... the blushed cheeks arent lined up, and one is more harsh than the other, but thats me trying to find something, and i was studying it for a few minutes... so overall an amazing job, keep up your already amazing work.
sorry if you dont like critiques. <please delete this if it has offended you> i just like to study work to learn from it as well as helping anyone else, especially the artist see something they may not have seen and grow from it.

The only thing that bothers me is the colour on her lips. I can't zoom in, but it looks a little off.
