You could make the chin more um...rough? I don't know the word but the chin is kinda too pointy-ish. Well, it isn't but guys usually have square-ish chin? Like in the ref picture c:
The nose kind of looks flat-ish. Unless you're going to fix that, of course 8D and maybe you could get rid of that line on his neck, it's way too erm. distracting. ish.
