It's very colorful and detailed. Your concept of the anatomy is great too. The only thing I can suggest for improvement is - well nevermind. I can't suggest anything. I've been staring at it for a while and can't think of anything. The colors keep my eyes focused on the main person and they don't wander around the page. Leaving the background white helps keep it look not too busy and overloaded.

i like the colors and the shadings. the idea is interesting, but the coloring lacks detail. Plus the head looks a bit disfigured. Or not. It actually looks like she has a wig that is falling off.
