Calia is a mystery even to me, the author. She is one and many things. Her Cardina Aegis status/customized uniform is one of her many facets.
Cardina Aegis = The personal bodyguard of the Oryalis saist Lelnia.
The uniform is heavily customized as Calia is beyond dress code.

This is just amazing! It's so detailed, let alone beautiful! The eyes are amazingly detailed--those are hard to do since they show the character's true expression. That's just...wow O_O
