Not bad for what it is.
You did a good job animating the sprites, but, I can tell they were taken from a sprite sheet. Decent use of effects and camera, but when Naruto's clones came in, I would have recommended backing up a bit so you could see all of them.
Also, use an ORIGINAL concept, Bleach vs. Naruto has been done way too many times, and even when it was first done, it wasn't original.

I recommend that the next time you make a sprite movie, try not to zoom in so much on the actual characters (unless of course you are using large sprites, like those found in Street Fighter). Bigger isn't always better.
