How crushing really works Part one

Amber sat staring at her phone, "Please don't work, please don't work, ple-- Dammit it sent." she put her head between her legs her longish blonde hair spilled infront of her, she glasses dared to attempt leaving her blue green eyes bare. She was wearing a simple black tank and matching pants. She looked back at her cell phone with a snap, ".... Maybe he won't read it." she dared to hope. 'Let him not see,' she closed her eyes repeating it in her head almost as a chant.

Her closest friend Abagail watched her with a smile. "I wonder what he'll do... I mean, you pass him in the hallway.... everyday.... every class... plus we have two classes with him."

Amber shook her head, sighing she looked up, "You're right. Well I'll just have to face up to it."

As soon as class ended, Amber, who had been holding her phone closely the rest of the class period, got herself and walked down the hall.... she saw him, Jason, and she got dizzy.

He was walking with his friends but they were simply foils, that one too tall, that one to thin, that one.... Their persoanlities also only made him seem so much better. Another is his looks, he had a stubble... long blonde and brown hair, the brown dark and around his shoulders the blonder streaked through his hair evenly... and his... golden brown eyes, all of which made amber hyperventalate. She gasped and then, much to Abagail's suprise she turned and raced out of the hall and around the building passing Juliana who was sitting infront of her class room.

"Hi... Amber...?"

Amber waved hastely, "Hi, see ya tomorrow bye." she kept going and got to class feeling utterly ridiculus. She sat down and felt foolish telling her friend Matt whom pittied her.

The rest of the class and the next one were a blurr of fake happiness.
