I was commissioned by someone else on another art site that I frequent, to illustrate some cards for an RPG he has in mind. So far, everything I've done has been animals.
Anyhoo, he asked for a wolf illustration that depicted the wolf looking fierce and a little scruffy.
I whipped up this one, but he decided it still looked too "nice", so I redrew one that looked particularly evil.
He chose that one.
But I really like the way the nicer wolf came out, so I saved it for myself. And here it is!
I'm going to do a colored version of this picture as well. :)

I really like this mainly because it has an old look about it. I look at this and see something out of an olde English art book or something of the like. Very well done! Very pleasant for the eyes.
