Nice Job! Try hitting F5 so you can see your new avatar. Others tend to see em straight away but it messes you around unless you actually refresh the page once or twice .
To add to 2ndself: browsers temporarily save pictures on your hard disk, so if you change a picture the browser mostly keep using the old saved one on your Hard Disk.
(dA has the same 'problem')
