THIS IS WHY IT IS LEGAL
ITS LIKE A PARODY

Domobot Says:

Just because its legal doesn't make it any more right or any less lazy.

Horn head Says:

I'm PRETTY sure that's not where most of the hate comes from. I think it mostly comes from the fact that recolors and edits are typically cheap knock-offs.

We know its LEGAL, its just generally respected as the right thing to do. Also, if you did something totally original and I took it and changed 4 or 5 pixels, called it a parody, and claimed it as mine, would it be legal? Just credit the original company and you're all good. Otherwise its claiming another person's stuff as your own.

Nicely said.

Stray Tree Says:

Well said. Pretty much in general this really says to give credit, to not steal anybody's work and don't get any sort of personal gain in terms of economics and such. But I could be just saying understatements.

profit Says:

the thing is sprites are basicaly illegal anyway because the meulators and roms they are ripped from are illegal so you cant complain you peice of poo

Apathetic Hate Says:

You there.

This argument has caused a LARGE NUMBER OF PROBLEMS.

Because this argument is WRONG it has deluded many people into thinking things are true that are not.

I'm asking you to please remove this argument and post a journal admitting that this is wrong and explaining WHY it is wrong.

Moralde10 Says:
