Note: I am aware that shading, proportions and anatomy may/will be off. I am still "in training" and still learning to get an eye for such things. I would therefore appreciate advice and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism rather than flaming and bashing.

Like with the Mewrah picture I submitted a few days ago, some feedback I had on the previous Janine picture made me go back and have another go at it.
As with the Mewrah picture, I decided to use this as an opportunity to try a different look for Janine. I saw a random character with the complete look - sleeveless top, pants and a jacket in a comic a few months back and thought it would work on Janine. Granted I think I may have made the straps a bit to wide when compared to what inspired but I still like the look. I also decided to use her original clothes pallet on the jacket-less look, though I realise I just flipped what she originally had.
Just as I was finishing off shading this image, a friend of mine pointed out the shoulders weren't quite wide enough on both the Mewrah and Janine image and another pointed out the hips weren't round enough. I didn't want to go back and re-do the image again as I was so close to completing it, but it is something I will work on in the future. I also feel I may not have quite got the curve on jacket-less Janine's back right. Finally I think the hand on jacket-less Janine could have done with a bit more work.

Not bad. Not exceptional though.

The one on the right of this picture needs to have her back fixed. The other one on the left seems alright. Nice job.
