Finally finished it! Spent about 20 hours on this altogether, never drawing another sugar cube again as long as I live. @.@ Yes, this is my tribute to one of my fav characters of all time. Looks like death isn't so bad after all. Sorry if this is a spoiler for anyone. @@

I thought the ultimate fate of all is that they will go 'me' (nothingness) as revealed at the end. The terror that only death not user can experience is because they having used it first hand know how this works. So since all shinigami essentially are writing all our names at some point (unless your lifespan ends naturally in which you still return to 'nothingness') I also wanna note that Ryuk called the heaven and hell a 'myth' we humans believe, and that death is equal for all.
