Usually fan art turns me off because people do it for blatant popularity, but this is truly stunning, and I can tell you put alot of soul into it.
I found myself staring at Amaterasu's face, how half of it is her and the other half is represented in the cliff, and you just conveyed that idea so meaningfully... The execution is perfect.
The cliff's themselves, and the sky behind them... the colors you used are so gorgeous. You definitely got the feel across, and the realistic rendering you did of her is stunning.
Good work. I think you should have won that contest, because it's been a while since i've seen such creative artwork of an existing character, portrayed in such a wonderfully imaginative way.
Oh...my...gods...! this is awsome! the realistic looking version of Ammy just makes it pure win! and the drawing in the center is also well done. i keep finding awsome pics like this but...I HAVE NO MONEYS TO BUY THE GAME!
