Nostalgia

For :icontreijim: as a prize for the portrait contest

This picture makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside, and also kinda cold. Those long years between being held and holding someone.... Ah, I veel nevar get enough.

About 50 hours. F, HB, 2B, 5B, and 8B pencils (I will be needing a new 8B) on A2 paper. I tried scanning it but my scanner 1) sucks to begin with, and 2) is in a wonky location, so it didn't go well. I took it with my camera, and I think it looks pretty close to original, except maybe his chin and the pillow.

Also, please not too much with the critique. I've stared at it long enough and I know what could be improved.
