A concept for a bad guy in my comic, "The Samurai Usher". He's got a death/grim reaper (ergo, tentatively named "Shi") meets kabuki noh mask gimmick, and he uses a sickle and chain combo for ranged melee combat. I like the idea of him wearing this huge imposing death garb that makes him look larger then life, yet underneath it he's just a bag of bones skinner then Nichole Richie. At least that's what I'm trying to go for. The chains all kinds of not in perspective...but I drew it much to my dismay. Tiny details = the devils work.
