I Wanted To Be Special

Chamberlan, the twisted twin of Lupin. he wanted to be different, special. he wanted to be the good-looking twin, the more powerful one, the one everyone looked up to....
Bavmorda saw this as an opprotunity for her, and took the little bastard under her wing. he was perverted and brilliant of mind, excelling in finding the best genetic qualities in a warrior and matching them with another. Bavmorda rewarded Chamberlan's brilliance by appointing him a small kingdom, which he dubbed Sodahm, and a castle, appointing him the breeder of her army. she kept him close to her kingdom, Gohmorhah, keeping watch over his progress and pouring lavish rewards over her little minion.
but Chamberlan wanted to be different, to be special. he didn't want to be a twin. Bavmorda promised him that she could make him different, that she could make him special. foolish and greedy, he wholeheartedly agreed. Bavmorda sent him on a little journey to the deepest bowels of her kingdom, to where a creature of unknown appearance resided. it took Chamberlan over a fortnight to return from his little bashing, and he returned very different indeed.
the creature seemd to have torn him apart and stitched him back together again. one side of his face was grotesquely scarred, his body maimed, tail stretched freakishly long, and his claws tormented into an unnaturally long length. he tried covering his face, he tried to color his bodily scars, to clip his unearthly tough nails. Chamberlan even tried to gnaw off part of his tail. but it was useless, he would forever be a monster.
outraged, disappointed, hurt, Chamberlan slunk to Bavmorda's throne to beg for his old appearance back. but the devil does not take kindly to groveling, does not show mercy. she banished Chamberlan forever from her sight, exclaiming that she had kept her promise. that it was he that had been the fool. Bavmorda banished her little minion to forever remain in his kingdom, under her rule but never to be in her favor again.

so yeah, this is Lupin's twin brother, Chamberlan. a liar, sneak, cheat, coward. i like how i portrayed him in the picture, i'm really pleased with this.
took reference for the eye from a screenshot (well, i just paused the vid) from Maryln Manson's version of Sweet Dreams. there was a part where he moves just right towards the camera where his eyes get this really weird clown/jolly joker look, so after five attempts i finally managed to pause it just right and draw in the eye.
