Chapter Nine
Vampire Hunter
Matthew walked out thinking that he must fine Opal and that she was in trouble. He didn’t know where she was. She had to be with Athanse but where would he be. Of course he would be where all vampires are in the dark realm of vampires. I will have to go there but how? He wondered. He would need a vampire to get there so now all he had to do was find one easy enough. So where would he find a vampire at the only place for vampires, the Dark of Light club. That’s where all vampires hung out at so they could party and no one would try and kill them. It was law that if a vampire was at the Dark of Light they would not be killed by any hunters.
Matthew drove over there hoping he could find a stupid vampire to take him to where he wanted to go. Soon he saw it the night creeping up on every thing around him and the vampires would be out soon. So he would wait until he found the one he wanted. Then he saw one it looked stupid enough to take him there. Quickly he grabbed a wooden stake and got out of the car. He walked up to the vampire flashing him the wooden stake and nodding to the vampire.
“What do you want?” the vampire hissed at him.
“I want you to take me to that place you call hell,” Matthew said looking around.
“Why would you want to go there?” The vampire asked.
“I have something to do there, now take me there,” Matthew demanded.
“Ok, ok, don’t hurt me, I’ll take you there,” The vampire said and did. He opened a huge hole and jumped in followed by Matthew.
Opal woke up in a bed with black sheets. It scared her at first as she looked around to see everything was black, red and other dark colors. Slowly she got out of the dark bed and saw she was wearing white night gown. Suddenly the door opened and in the door way stood a handsome man. He wore a dark purple cloak and black pants with a white shirt.
“Good morning, my lady,” He said bowing then walking in more.
“Who are you?” Opal said staring at him.
“I’m here to help you with anything you need,” He smiles at her walking closer to her.
“This isn’t where I was before, what is this place called?” She asked.
“The Black castle,” The man said gently making the bed.
“What’s your name?” she asked watching him.
“Luis,” he smiled at her.
“What am I doing here?” she asked as he went through the wardrobe.
“You are the Princess of Darkness and Light, this is your castle,” Luis smiled.
“I don’t want to be the princess, I don’t want this castle,” Opal screamed as her hair stood up and moved around her head like lighting.
“Calm down, Princess,” he smiled as she grabbed a vase a through it and the vase hit the door breaking.
“HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT?!” She screeched kicking a small table and making it fall apart.
“Oh my,” He quickly picked up the broken table and put it near the door. “Princess, please sit down.”
Opal sat down on the bed as he cleaned up the vase. She glared at him.
“Please, don’t glare at me,” he smiled at her.
“I told you before I don’t want to be the Princess of Dark and Light,” Opal growled.
“It’s Darkness,” Luis corrected her.
“I don’t give a fuck,” Opal hissed.
“Princesses shouldn’t cruse, now you should get dressed will you need a maid?” he asked walking to the door.
“I can do it myself,” Opal said as he left.
She won’t be able to do it, he thought walking down the dark hall.
