I love the work on the hair, the shading is just beautiful!
In fact, I like just about everything about this piece. My only tiny criticism is that the side of the nose seems to come too close to the eye, making it look awkward, but overall it's a very nice style you've got there! I like the way you're doing the anatomy too, given how you always seem to have very good anatomy this should be no surprise- but it just got better.
Anyway, loving the work with the digital and loving the new style.
