I took out the random writing from the side of it so it wouldn't take away from the drawing.
It basically said that people should stop posting things that they obviously put little to no effort into. For example people who post a single black dot and ask if they are a good artist.
I would much rather see something they've drawn and put effort into even if it's not the greatest thing on earth rather than a bunch of effortless spam of dots and stupid questions.
Heck, even if they do post questions like "What's your favorite colour" at least draw something to go with it.
That's my take on things :)
Oh yeah, the kanji on his shirt basically says "gloomy"
