That is INCREDIBLE! The value range is wide, and really helps bring out everything. The picture within the eyes is fantastic, especially with the pupil of the eye looking like a giant sun. The shading on the eye is very nice too, showing the shine of light on the side. I am not much of an artist, so I am sorry I don't know how to properly critique a work of art. But, I can tell you for sure that I do like it a lot!
