I finally found the artist name for the girl. I actually just stumbled upon it when going through AnimePaper's groups. Since this was originally made a few months ago, there aren't any other resolution versions yet. I will get back with those sometime later but right now I've just got the saved jpg and GiMP to fiddle with so I'm waiting til I get onto my desktop.
Not sure if this belongs in Mature or not, its suggestive but she is clothed. I'll put the warning up just to be safe I guess.

LOL. I really like it. Like the reuse of the image in the back. And in the background one she looks blue, how did you do that? At first it looked like you just flipped to negative, but the shirt's still white. Just wondering.
