I really like the small angel wings on her back, i like the rose too, not to forget the clothing.
But 3 things i see on this is that the right part of the hair makes the head look expanded in a way it's not supossed to.
The 2nd thing is how the tail looks, such as the tail is bending up like that makes it look more like a horse tail and the tail having all the tacks ( vvvv kind of figure ) makes it look less than a cat.
And finally, i don't get the small black dots at the nose and the end of the mouth, why are they there? To mark that the nose and mouth ends at those points? I'd suggest that you could always just draw the full mouth a bit more clearly. And well of course the nose have 2 holes, but in most cases they'd be a tad bigger and maybe a little bit closer to eachother.
